1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhotoToVideo-AI (www.phototovideo-ai.net), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

2. About PhotoToVideo-AI

PhotoToVideo-AI is an independent online platform for AI-powered photo-to-video creative workflows. Unless expressly stated, PhotoToVideo-AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of third-party model providers, infrastructure providers, or brands referenced on the site.

3. Eligibility, Accounts, and Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and current registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, outputs, and other use of the service.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of PhotoToVideo-AI is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may not use PhotoToVideo-AI to create, request, upload, transform, store, distribute, or facilitate prohibited content or prohibited use cases, including:

• Sexually explicit, NSFW, pornographic, or sexually exploitative content
• Sexualized minors, youth-looking persons, or child sexual abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive face swaps, or identity manipulation
• Deepfakes intended to mislead, impersonate, harass, defraud, or exploit
• Violent extremism, terrorism-related content, illegal activity, phishing, scams, or malware
• Hateful, abusive, or harmful content where prohibited by law, policy, or provider restrictions
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity-right, or other third-party-right violations
• Attempts to evade product safeguards or moderation controls

We may use automated and manual moderation measures to detect and block prohibited requests, uploads, and outputs. We may refuse requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably determine that use violates these Terms, creates legal or platform risk, or harms users or third parties.

5. User Content and AI Outputs

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your prompts, uploads, and use of outputs. You must ensure your use complies with applicable law, these Terms, and relevant third-party rights. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose; review outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. We may review prompts, uploads, outputs, and related usage signals for safety, abuse prevention, fraud detection, support, and service operations.

6. Plans, Credits, Billing, and Taxes

PhotoToVideo-AI offers monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Current prices, included credits, billing intervals, supported features, and any plan-specific limitations are displayed on our Pricing page and again during checkout.

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing period and renew automatically each month until canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at the beginning of each annual billing period and renew automatically each year until canceled. Credits included with an annual subscription are added monthly in the amount shown on the Pricing page; purchasing an annual subscription does not add the full annual credit allowance at once. Subscription credits are subject to the validity period shown for the applicable plan or credit grant.

One-time credit packs are charged once, do not automatically renew, and the purchased credits do not expire under the current plan terms. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may only be used for eligible PhotoToVideo-AI generation features. Different models, durations, resolutions, and settings may consume different credit amounts, which are shown in the product before generation.

Creem acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized payment provider. Creem processes checkout, payment methods, applicable taxes, invoices, subscription charges, and approved refunds. By completing a purchase, you also agree to any customer-facing terms presented by Creem during checkout. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar transaction taxes may be calculated and collected by Creem based on the information provided at checkout and legal requirements. You authorize Creem to charge the displayed amount, including applicable taxes, for your initial purchase and each recurring renewal unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Billing questions and refund requests may be sent to support@phototovideo-ai.net. Any refund is handled through Creem and is subject to applicable law, the circumstances of the request, and the customer-facing terms presented at checkout. A refund or payment reversal may result in the corresponding credits or access being removed.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription directly from your account. Sign in, open Settings → Billing, find the active subscription, select Cancel Subscription, and confirm the cancellation. You may also use the Creem customer portal when that option is available from the Billing page.

Cancel before your next renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge. After confirmation, automatic renewal stops and the Billing page will show the updated subscription status and relevant period dates. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid. Credits already granted remain subject to their original validity period unless a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise invalidated.

If you cannot access your account or cancellation does not complete, email support@phototovideo-ai.net from the address associated with your account. We respond to support requests within three business days.

8. Intellectual Property

The PhotoToVideo-AI platform, website design, branding, software, and related content are owned by PhotoToVideo-AI or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, to the extent permitted by law, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, scrape, or misuse the platform except as expressly permitted by law or with written authorization.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including model availability, integrations, usage limits, moderation settings, features, and future pricing, at any time. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms or our policies, your use creates legal, security, or abuse risk, or continued access could expose PhotoToVideo-AI, users, or third parties to harm.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoToVideo-AI disclaims warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoToVideo-AI and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of PhotoToVideo-AI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law applies in your jurisdiction.
