Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you access or use PhotoToVideo-AI, including when you submit prompts, upload photos or other reference media, generate videos, download outputs, or share content created with the service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and use of those outputs comply with this policy, applicable law, and the rights of others.

2. Prohibited Sexual and Exploitative Content

You may not use PhotoToVideo-AI to create, request, upload, transform, store, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content
• Sexualized content involving minors, youth-looking persons, or any child sexual abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting a real person without that person's consent
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, coerces, grooms, or endangers any person

3. Prohibited Face Manipulation and Deception

PhotoToVideo-AI is not a face-swap, deepfake, or identity-manipulation service. You may not use the service to:

• Create deceptive face swaps, impersonations, or identity manipulations
• Misrepresent a real person as saying, doing, or endorsing something they did not say, do, or endorse
• Create content intended to defraud, harass, intimidate, exploit, or damage the reputation of another person
• Create misleading political, civic, medical, financial, or public-safety content

4. Harmful and Illegal Uses

You may not use PhotoToVideo-AI for content or activity involving:

• Violence, credible threats, abuse, harassment, stalking, or encouragement of self-harm
• Terrorism, violent extremism, hateful conduct, or targeted dehumanization
• Illegal goods or services, fraud, phishing, scams, malware, or evasion of law enforcement
• Instructions that materially facilitate wrongdoing or create a foreseeable risk of harm
• Attempts to bypass safeguards, moderation systems, access controls, usage limits, or security measures

5. Rights, Consent, and Intellectual Property

Only upload or use media that you own or are authorized to use. You may not use PhotoToVideo-AI to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights.

If your content depicts an identifiable person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required to upload, transform, publish, or commercially use that content. You may not imply that PhotoToVideo-AI or any third-party model provider sponsors or endorses your output.

6. Enforcement and Moderation

We may use automated and manual measures to review prompts, uploads, outputs, and related usage signals for safety, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and policy enforcement. We may block a request, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or the use creates risk to users, third parties, the service, or its providers.

Do not attempt to rephrase, encode, fragment, or otherwise disguise a prohibited request to evade these controls. A blocked request does not authorize you to submit the same request through another workflow.

7. Reporting and Contact

To report prohibited content or ask whether a proposed use is allowed, contact support@phototovideo-ai.net. Include enough information for us to identify and evaluate the issue, but do not email illegal or highly sensitive content.
