Only upload or use media that you own or are authorized to use. You may not use PhotoToVideo-AI to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights.
If your content depicts an identifiable person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required to upload, transform, publish, or commercially use that content. You may not imply that PhotoToVideo-AI or any third-party model provider sponsors or endorses your output.
We may use automated and manual measures to review prompts, uploads, outputs, and related usage signals for safety, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and policy enforcement. We may block a request, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or the use creates risk to users, third parties, the service, or its providers.
Do not attempt to rephrase, encode, fragment, or otherwise disguise a prohibited request to evade these controls. A blocked request does not authorize you to submit the same request through another workflow.
To report prohibited content or ask whether a proposed use is allowed, contact support@phototovideo-ai.net. Include enough information for us to identify and evaluate the issue, but do not email illegal or highly sensitive content.
